Preventive Controls
We at SKY VAJRAA IMPEX set high standards to ensure the safety and quality of the products delivered to our beloved customers. The products go through rigorous quality and preventive measures to rule out possible safety and quality hazards in our products. All the products get tested for their safety on each order that’s shipped. The products are analyzed for numerous contaminants including E Coli, Salmonella, yeast, mold, coliforms, and aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2) that could result in loss of food quality and edible usage.
Sanitary practices :
We do creation and maintenance of conditions that will prevent food contaminations or food born illnesses and lower levels of diseases- causing microorganisms to a safe level. We are following the below measures for storing and packing.
- We avoid contact between the products.
- Wash hands repeatedly and use hand gloves & mask.
- Protect food from insects, rodents, and animals.
- Keep the storing and packing area clean.
- Remove food debris, dirt, or spills on contact surfaces.
Sanitary Transportation Program
Vehicles and transportation equipment: The design and maintenance of vehicles and transportation equipment to ensure that it does not cause the food that it transports to become unsafe. For example, they must be suitable and adequately cleanable for their intended use and capable of maintaining temperatures necessary for the safe transport of food.
Transportation operations :
The measures taken during transportation to ensure food safety, such as adequate temperature controls, preventing contamination of ready-to-eat food from touching raw food, protection of food from contamination by non-food items in the same load or previous load, and protection of food from cross-contact, i.e., the unintentional incorporation of a food allergen.
